Get quick answers to frequently asked questions about UPI PAYOUT.
To reset your password, click on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page and follow the steps. You’ll receive a reset link via your registered email or mobile number.
Log in to your account, go to the "Withdraw" section, choose your bank account, enter the amount, and confirm the transaction using your UPI PIN.
Go to “My Account” > “Bank Accounts” > “Add Bank Account”. Enter your account details and verify via OTP to link successfully.
When you register, an email is sent with a verification link. Click on it to verify. Didn’t get the email? Go to settings > resend verification.
To receive payments, simply share your UPI ID or QR code with the sender. Payments are instantly credited to your linked bank account.
Go to "Transactions" in your dashboard. You can view, download, and filter transactions by date, amount, or status.
Refunds typically take 3–5 working days. Check the "Refund Status" in your transaction history. Still waiting? Contact our support team with your transaction ID.
Use the "Request Payment" tool in your dashboard. You can enter an amount, add a description, and generate a payment link or QR code.
Use the “Forgot Password” option on the login screen. Enter your registered email/mobile to receive a reset link or OTP.
To close your UPI PAYOUT account, contact support via the help center or email us at srjpayout@gmail.com. We’ll process it within 48 hours.
